The Problem
Before & After
What life looks like on the old tools, and on mailtani.
Without mailtani
- Substack takes 10% of paid subscriber revenue, forever
- Beehiiv and ConvertKit charge monthly even when you're heads-down building
- Platform lock-in makes your subscriber list feel like it lives on someone else's system
- No control over deliverability: your newsletter shares infrastructure with thousands of others
- Building an audience on a rented platform is a strategic risk as a founder
With mailtani
- Your subscriber list is yours, fully exportable, never locked in
- Send from your own domain on your own SES key, full deliverability control
- Keep 100% of paid subscriber revenue, no platform revenue share
- Welcome sequences for new subscribers, broadcasts for each issue
- One-time €89: newsletter infrastructure that doesn't eat into your runway
